The Cry that Sparks Redemption – A Seder Workshop

March 31, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Join us for learning and creative ideas to make your seder meaningful, interactive and relevant. This workshop will explore the Haggadah’s telling of the first sparks of liberation – the cries and sighs of an oppressed people – and trace the arc from wordless sound, to courageous speech, to freedom-song. We’ll see how these teachings might guide the work of liberation today, for our world and for self-transformation.

This event is open to both members and non-members. We’re asking non-members to give a small donation for any learning series/sessions attended so we can continue to offer great programming for everyone. Suggested donation per session is $18, or PWYC; please pay ONLINE. We also accept e-transfers to: info@djctoronto.com (please confirm by email the password & learning series attended). If you prefer to mail a donation, we provide a stamped, addressed envelope available at the session to mail in after.

Thank you for your support!
