Let’s bring light and warmth into a dark December night. Bring your chanukiyah and 5 candles (for the 4th night of Chanukah). We will celebrate Shabbat and Chanukah together with candle lighting, singing, blessings, and good food.
**If possible, please bring beeswax candles instead of paraffin candles for your Chanukkiah. Paraffin candles release toxins & there are sensitivities in our community. Thank you…
Please bring a vegetarian dish to share (enough for 8 hungry adults!). Main or side dishes only. DJC is providing latkes and sufganiyot (doughnuts).
Due to do serious allergies in our community, it is important that all potluck dishes arrive with an ingredients list attached. We know it is a lot to prepare food and this is an extra step, however, it allows us to include everyone in our communal meals. With much gratitude … the DJC
