B’nei Mitzvah is an honourable and meaningful tradition – it gives us a moment to treasure and honour our young people as they become the newest Jewish adults in our community.
Our annual group B’nei Mitzvah service is a tremendous celebration for the whole DJC community. This year, we have 2 classes of students to celebrate with! Please join us as we call this year’s B’nei Mitzvah students to the Torah, as they participate in leading the service, chanting from the Torah portion and teaching us through their Divrei Torah/Divrei Tefillah and Tikkun Olam projects.
Be part of treasuring and honouring our young people as they step into new roles of Jewish creativity, responsibility and leadership in our community and among the Jewish people.
The DJC wants everyone to be able to fully participate at DJC events. If you need ASL interpretation, CART captioning, or any other accommodations to attend this event, contact us at djcAccessibilityInitiative@gmail.com, tell us what you need, and we will do our best to provide it.
